Everything You Need to Know

All experiences can be arranged through our concierge team in person at reception, or via our E-Butler WhatsApp chat. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for excursions and 2 hours for spa treatments.
Select on-site experiences are free of charge for guests – please clarify with our concierge time at the time of booking.
It’s possible to combine on-site and off-site experiences in one day. Please clarify the distances of the off-site activities you’re planning with our concierge team to ensure you’re maximizing your time.
Kids can join you on all experiences – but please keep in mind many of the off-site activities are not accessible for strollers. Some activities involve more walking than others.
This depends on the specific activity, which our concierge can help clarify based on what experiences you’ve booked. But always remember your sunscreen, bottle of water, and some cash! Bringing a scarf or wrap is recommended when visiting villages and Stone Town. For water activities – water shoes are recommended. Please leave your valuables in the safe in your villa when going off-site for activities.
