Is the sandbank accessible every day?
Our sandbank is accessible every day around low tide. Tide timings change daily based on the cycle of the moon.
Is the sandbank private to Oasis Blu guests?
The sandbank isn’t private to Oasis Blu – it can also be reached by boat, so you may see other guests there. What makes it special is that Oasis Blu guests can simply walk to it, rather than needing a boat.
Do all rooms have private pools?
Every one of our rooms at Oasis Blu has a private pool and terrace overlooking the Indian Ocean.
Is Oasis Blu walkable to restaurants and shops?
Oasis Blu is not walkable to restaurants and shops outside of the resort. Our front desk team will be happy to assist you in finding transportation options should you wish to venture out into the local villages and other areas of the island.
What activities are available?
Oasis Blu offers a few activities on site, as well as we work with a third-party trusted tour operator who will arrange and handle all of the tours and activities across the island and beyond – including safari on mainland Tanzania.
